Join the Heart of Te Ara Teatea
Te Ara Teatea Trust is growing, and we’re looking for someone special to become

directed, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Join Us - Our Vision & Growth
Te Ara Teatea is in a powerful season of growth.
Our vision is to grow and support individuals and whānau through traditional healing
practices, empowering them to embody cultural and spiritual practices that strengthen their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. We are committed to
intergenerational healing in Ōtautahi and to expanding access to Rongoā Māori in
ways that honour our tīpuna and serve our community today.
Joining Te Ara Teatea means becoming part of something deeply grounded in
manaakitanga, whanaungatanga, and shared leadership. This is not a hierarchical
environment in the traditional sense - we build together. We bring our individual
skills, whakaaro, and energy to strengthen the collective.
As we grow, so will this role. Your presence, ideas, organisation, and wairua will
directly contribute to the foundations we are laying for long-term success, for our
Whare Hauora, for whānau, and for future generations.
This is a place where your mahi matters. Where connection is valued as much as
competence. And where you will be supported with honest communication,
respectful relationships, and opportunities to evolve alongside us.
If this feels aligned with your wairua, we would love to hear from you.
